Can we customize the wedding packages, or are they set options?
There are set options for wedding packages.
What is included in the wedding packages, and are there any additional fees?
Included: tables, chairs, white linen and napkins, china, flatware, stemware, food, bar for 3 hours, champagne toast, cake cutting fee. Additional fees: room rental, bartender fees, dance floor, stage.
What is the backup plan in case of inclement weather?
If the courtyard is booked for a wedding, we do require a backup space to be reserved in case of inclement weather.
Are there on-site accommodations for our guests, and what are the rates?
Yes, rates very throughout the year ranging anywhere from $139/night to $329/night.
Can we arrange a menu tasting with the catering team before making our final decisions?
Yes, we offer tastings for up to 4 guests.
What is the policy on bringing in outside vendors, such as photographers or florists?
Outside vendors are welcome.
Are there restrictions on decor or entertainment, such as music volume or lighting?
In the courtyard, music is permitted between the hours of 5-9pm. In the ballroom, we do not have restriction on music. Nothing shall be posted, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. Distribution of gummed stickers or labels is strictly prohibited. The use of glitter, confetti, tinsel, sparklers, open flames and basket grass is strictly prohibited. The tossing of bird seed, rice, or like substance is strictly prohibited.
What wedding planning services or day-of coordination do you offer?
We do not offer wedding planning services or day of coordination.
What are the next steps if we decide to book our wedding at The Brownwood Hotel?
We require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the room rental to secure the space.
