For a touch of whimsy, a small bar can be set up in the cozy courtyard at the center of the building, adding to the intimate and inviting atmosphere.

However, it’s important to note that Casa Feliz has a strict timeline due to city regulations. Wedding receptions typically end by 10:00 PM, as the contract requires all guests to depart by 10:30 PM. This ensures that your celebration runs smoothly and adheres to the venue’s guidelines.

The front of Casa Feliz faces west, meaning that the sun might be shining directly on you during the ceremony. To avoid this, we recommend considering a winter wedding date when the lighting is softer. While a tent is not mandatory for the reception area, it’s something to consider, especially during the summer months. Fortunately, the chance of rain late in the evening is usually low.

Casa Feliz Venue Pricing and Rental Details

Casa Feliz offers a range of rental rates depending on the season. From October through April, rates range from $2,550 to $4,550, while from May through September, rates are between $2,000 and $2,750. Additional hours can be arranged at $150 per hour. The rental package includes 3 hours of setup time, 4.5 hours of event time, and 1 hour of cleanup time. With a capacity to accommodate up to 120 guests, Casa Feliz is an intimate yet spacious venue for your wedding day.
